Cleardata has installed the latest fire detection technology at its document scanning and archiving facility. The company has a VESDA (very early smoke detection alert) system throughout the premises.
The VESDA system works by constantly testing the air for any sign of smoke, enabling the earliest alert of any fire hazard. VESDA systems are manufactured to ISO standards.
Argon Gas Protected Storage
Before and after scanning your documents will be placed in our Argon Gas Protected Storage Area. This room is protected by an inert gas system. If smoke is detected, it reduces oxygen levels in the room. This means fires can't ignite or reignite.
